Join us for a refined evening exploring the complex world of aperitifs and fortified wines. This guided tasting will feature the vibrant Cap Corse Blanc and Rouge—iconic aperitifs from Corsica known for their herbal depth and coastal character.
We’ll journey into the nuanced styles of Madeira with pours of H&H Special Dry 5 Years, the delicate Rainwater, and the expressive Verdelho 10 Years, each offering a distinct interpretation of the island’s winemaking heritage.
The evening concludes with a rare opportunity to taste all three vintages of Carcavelos, a historic Portuguese fortified wine nearly lost to time—each vintage revealing its own layered story of age, terroir, and tradition.
